Gram is a hard fork of the Zed editor, with the following list (incomplete) of changes:

• All AI integration has been removed
• All Telemetry has been removed
• All collaboration integration has been removed

Now that I can get behind. I wish them lots of success! I don’t imagine it’ll make me switch from Helix, but I’ve been going back and forth with Zed when I need to adjust or move around a lot of files. I haven’t found a terminal-based file managers that works with my brain yet.
